Participation Agreement and Release

An individual accepting this agreement in connection with the purchase, receipt, or use of a ticket to The Tomatic Show (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Attendee’) understands and acknowledges that The Tomatic Show is an interactive comedy event in which members of the audience are permitted, subject to the rules of the Event, to throw tomatoes toward performers. The Attendee acknowledges that tomatoes may miss their intended target, ricochet, break apart, splash, or otherwise come into contact with audience members and their personal belongings.

The Attendee specifically understands that attendance at the Event therefore involves risks that include being accidentally struck by a tomato thrown by another attendee with impact to the face or body, slipping on tomato debris or liquid, staining/damage to clothing and belongings, allergic reactions or sensitivities, and any other accidental contact arising from throws.
